Safety is a top priority for the CB Group. We have established a genuine safety culture, driven by an ambitious goal: to achieve zero accidents by 2030. This approach involves all employees, whether managers or operational staff, and is supported by a network of volunteer ambassadors. It promotes exemplary behavior through the"10 Commandments of Safety ," essential rules that everyone is committed to following.

To embed this culture in our daily lives, we organize monthly prevention sessions and encourage ongoing dialogue to share best practices across our sites. Each site is evaluated and rewarded for its safety performance, because ensuring a safe working environment for everyone is a collective responsibility.

A highlight of this initiative is " Sécuritour," an annual event that takes place at all of our sites. On this occasion, production is halted and employees are freed from their duties to participate in awareness-raising workshops and conferences. Upon arrival, each new employee receives the "Think Before You Act" booklet , designed to remind them of the fundamental principles and encourage good habits.
